Surrounded by rolling hills of yellow and green, lies our quaint farm, Drayton. The majestic abutting mountain has been watching over her since the beginning of the Overberg.

This paradise has been our home for the last twenty years. Our loving and random family consist of Mom René-Louise, Dad Tienie and the kids – Kobus, Lize and Michiel. Drayton is a working sheep-and-grain farm. Each year we plant Canola, wheat, barley and oats with lots of love and care.

If you listen closely, you will hear the bleating of the sheep, the calling of the Piet-my-Vrou and the burbling of the nearby stream.

We highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll any time of the day to explore our beautiful farm. You will be enchanted by the breathtaking scenery and the soothing silence. Here, sitting around a fire, watching the sun set and enjoying good company is a magical and special experience.

We are only 10 minutes away from Caledon where all of your necessities can be obtained. If you feel like visiting the beach and making a day trip of it, we are only a quick 40-minute drive from the very popular Hermanus. We recommend taking the Hemel-en-Aarde road, as it leads through a picturesque valley with award winning wine farms and family friendly restaurants.

Our farm, with all it has to offer, can be enjoyed by old and young. We guarantee that you will leave feeling recharged, rejuvenated and relaxed.
